Community Restoration began as a small property management company overseeing just 10 units. Through hard work, integrity, and a people-first mindset, we have grown into a trusted property management provider for over 100 housing units across Dane County. Our services include professional property management, painting, cleaning, and restoration for multi-unit housing complexes.
Our Growth & Impact
In 2024, we partnered with a leading Dane County nonprofit to manage more than 100 transitional housing units for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. This expansion reflects our belief that property management is not just about maintaining buildings, it’s about creating safe, stable spaces where people can thrive.
